We do not offer any refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed. We only offer exchanges only for unopened, unused, unbundle hair. We cannot give exchanges on hair that has been opened, installed, colored, permed, or processed in any manner. All items
must be in the original packaging unopened, in the same condition as you received them. You must contact us directly  to receive approval to return prior to returning any hair. Exchanges will not be permitted after two days.
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is opened and or used in any visible manner, we will not
issue or exchange for the merchandise this includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing etc.   ( I would like the refund policy in BOLD PRINT)
